Current problems with virus scanners!

In the recent versions of “AnalyticsGate Excel Add-In” (since 6.0.0) we have been experiencing problems with two virus scanners (Sophos and Cortex). This is due to the update of our base framework.
Currently there is no workaround for Cortex, and the version up to 5.4.6 of the “AnalyticsGate Excel Add-In” must be installed.
With Sophos there is an additional service which must be installed. Alternatively, you can go back to a version of the “AnalyticsGate Excel Add-In” up to and including 5.4.6.
If you have problems with a virus scanner or want to have the additional service installed, please contact us.
